Raffle Ticket

Win a real Christmas Tree 

Raffle tickets on sale from 25th October to 22nd November. All tickets are e-tickets and there is no need to collect in store.

This raffle is set to a maximum of 1000 tickets.

Draw takes place 23rd November at 4pm. 

Winner will be contacted by us on the 23rd November. 

Tickets available on our website only, we will not ask you for any payment or personal details via social media, email or phone. 

All ticket sale proceeds will be donated to Pass the Smile. 

Win a real tree up to the value of £100. 

Terms & conditions

1. Monies raised by the raffle will be donated wholly to the special named fund "Pass the Smile" for The Children & Young People's Cancer Association (CCLG), charity number 1182637.

2. The cost of each ticket entry into the raffle is £2.50. Entrants may purchase more than one ticket. Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of the draw date. Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation.

3. No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years. If a ticket is sold unwittingly to, on behalf of or for, a person under the age of 16, they will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit their prize and the payment will be returned.

4. To purchase raffle tickets online entrants must be residents of Great Britain and 16 years of age or over. This means that online entries will not be accepted from Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and BFPOs.

5. We can accept no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, and illegible or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.

6. Raffle tickets will be drawn randomly in a random number generator. Multiple tickets will give you a corresponding amount of entries.

7. If we are unable to contact a prize-winner, and a prize remains unclaimed 1 week following our first attempt to notify the prize-winner, we may apply the prize as we see fit, including re-offering the prize in a new draw.

8. All winners are required to co-operate with us, in publishing their win as and where we deem appropriate, and to provide proof of age when requested. All winners must bring their receipt and a valid form of identification to collect their prize. 

9. The winner will be contacted by email with instructions about collecting their tree. We will never ask you for your bank details or personal information after checkout. Tickets are only available in store and on this webpage - do not purchase tickets from anyone acting as Smith’s Garden Centre on social media or otherwise. 

10. The winner must be available to collect the prize on 29th or 30th November 2025 from Smith’s Garden Centre, Stoneleigh Rd, Baginton, Warwickshire.

11. Tickets are non refundable, non transferable and hold no cash value. 

12. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry at our absolute discretion.
